Hi guys, I'm Ari
The mama behind this little adventure. 
A little about myself, I am a nurse by training (L&D has my heart) and a seamstress by choice. About 5 years ago I taught myself how to sew (with the invaluable help from my wonderful best friend/sister-in-law) and little by little challenged myself to unleash this creative side of my brain into these amazing little pieces of fabric. My beginnings were modest to say the least but I am learning more on the daily. 

Everything you see on this website is made by MOI in my home, in Boissevain, Manitoba. Most of my fabric is ethically sourced out of the Canadian Rockies (BC). I make my own patterns or buy awesome ones from small shops with rights to make them to sell  (and adjust them as needed), source my material, decide on colour and design, take most of my own pictures, run my website and social media! oufff! But, honestly guys, i LOVE it. Thank you SO much for being there time after time, you make it all worth it. And who knows where this is going to take us, can't wait!!!!

Being financially responsible is one of the goal we set and teach our children every single day 😉

A little more about me, I grew up in Repentigny, Québec (oui madame, je parle français parfaitement, shoot moi tes questions) and travelled as a young adult. To my mom's despair, met my-now-husband in New Zealand and have been living in Southern Manitoba for the last 13 years. This has become my home (Even though I go back to my roots every few months because you know... family matters and mine is awesome). Westman has been so welcoming and truly a diamond in the middle of the prairies.  We have 3 wonderful children, Alice, Oliver and Jonah. And I feel like the MOST blessed woman on Earth :) thank you for being here for the ride! Let’s be friends ♥️
